Since the school intends to supplement the work of the Christian home, the parent, by enrolling a student in the school undertakes to assure that the child concerned will be encouraged to co-operate with all the activities of the school and help maintain its standard as a Christian organisation. While the school has been established to provide a Christian education it cannot undertake problems of delinquency. Only students who demonstrate a desire to follow the philosophy of this school and follow the school rules will be enrolled and retained. New ApplicationsThe school administration is committed to providing quality, Christian education to as many as possible and every effort will be made to accommodate all those seeking enrolment. Application to enrol is made by completing an application form available from the School Office. The completed application form with a deposit must be presented to the Principal and approval must be obtained from the School Council. Acceptance letters will be issued to approved applicants. Prep students application forms for 2009 will be approved in March 2008. Kindergarten applicants for 2009 will be approved in June 2008. Year 1 – 6 applicants will be approved each month throughout 2008. Any new applicants who have not been able to finalise enrolment should make an appointment with the Principal, prior to the first day. The Principal and staff will be in attendance from Monday, January 21st,, 2008. All new applications must be accompanied with a non-refundable enrolment fee of $200. This amount will be returned should the student remain in school until the completion of the Year 6. Enquiries during the holidays can be made to the Principal - 041 487 2100 Re-EnrolmentAll students currently attending the School, who plan to return in 2008, are required to complete a re-enrolment form as well as other related forms and return them to the School by end of Term 3 2008. Registration DayThursday 24th January, 2008 Parents are invited to visit the school during the following hours: Morning 8:00am- 12:00pm Afternoon 2:00pm - 6:00pm
The purpose of your visit will be to: - Complete forms for school organisation.
- Collect bus and train passes if applicable.
- Payment of tuition fees and extra costs for Term 1.
- Meet your child's teacher.
No classes are held on Registration Day. Immediate RequirementsComplete and return promptly all forms supplied to you by the School Office. Please contact the school and request travel applications if required. Forms are not required if you already hold bus passes, unless a child is progressing to year 3 when a new rail form will be required. Please inform the Principal of the existence of any legal constraints covering your child.
